"The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others."
I serve as President of Montgomery Emergency Medical Services, a volunteer ambulance organization in Montgomery, New Jersey that responds to more than 1,600 emergency calls annually.
In this role, I am responsible for the overall leadership of the organization, including personnel, finances, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality emergency medical care to the community. In 2024, the squad was recognized as “Squad of the Year” by the EMS Council of New Jersey, reflecting the collective efforts of a dedicated team of volunteers.
In addition to my leadership responsibilities, I remain active as a nationally registered Emergency Medical Technician, responding to 911 calls and maintaining a regular overnight shift. The work ranges from routine calls to high-acuity medical emergencies, requiring clear decision-making, teamwork, and the ability to perform under pressure.
This experience has been both humbling and grounding, reinforcing the importance of leadership, accountability, and effective execution in real-world situations.

I love running, swimming and cycling. I constantly strive to improve. I have a long way to go.
